After 30+ years in the fitness industry, Robin's belief that the wisdom of the body can heal, repair, sustain and renew itself has been proven with science, thanks to the pioneers of the body with which she has had opportunity to study.
Her quest to help others see the Body's Way of stability and movement has brought her into a practice which includes, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, The Nia Technique, TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) and now, the MELT Method. Excited to share this information with the world, Robin trains and teaches group and private classes, ground breaking workshops on Dynamic Postural Alignment, Stress Management, and Movement in boutique studios, the corporate and health club industries, and in-home settings.
Her students and clients range from 7 yrs to 97 and she believes we all can start 'growing young', living a long, happy, healthy life, free from chronic pain.
