TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises or Tension Reduction Exercises) is a revolutionary practice to release chronic tension in the psoas and pelvic muscles. Athletes, dancers and people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder use this technique to stop the cycle of stress reaction in the body.
