TRE, Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises , , provides a safe, effective way to retrain the nervous system to tap into its natural way of ridding the body of stored stress, It lets stress pass through you, not get stuck in you.
This workshop will explain in layman's terms, science of the nervous system and the stress response. I will give each participant personal experience in the Tension Reduction Exercises, allowing them to bring these hand-off body work practices into their daily lives, with very little expense, just a bit of time, and a lot of benefit.
